Clover
Clover has medium length blond hair, blue eyes and a red catsuit when she's a spy. She holds a resemblence to Boom Boom from X-Men. Like Boom Boom, she messes around and doesn't like to take things seriously. She is considered to be the show's most stereotypical character: a shopping addicted, boy crazy, teenage "fashionista". She is always more concerned about her looks, boys, and the latest trends and fads than she is about her work as a spy. As a result, she is often (if not regularly) side-tracked on the missions. In fact, her priority focus on her social life has even begun to sometimes affected the entire team's performance. In the episode "Super Agent Much?", she was seen talking away on her cell phone while the spies were chasing a villain, resulting in the villain being able to escape. She often compares fashion to her work and is usually more concerned with trying to improve her social life and become more popular in different ways. She is normally (if not always) the first one to go against Mandy. Even though Clover is more focused on materialistic and superficial substances than her missions, she does understand the importance of friendship and teamwork. She will rise to the occasion and give villains what they deserve. Clover leads the team sometimes, as for example during the episode "Dental? More like Mental".
As a play on her concern about looks and boys, Clover's running gag is being drastically physically changed by villains. She is also usually tied up before it. She is often the most kidnapped, where Jerry once commented after Alex mentioned Clover was kidnapped that "That is the second time this month". Her running gag appears in episodes:

Clover is the most flirtatious of the main group. She is known to have had an abundance of boyfriends and will do anything to get a guy. This is strange, because during her time at elemantary school, she was always bullied by her classmates and mainly by one boy, because they regarded her as being particularly easy to fox, as we are told in the episode "Spies vs Spies". The initial sub plot of part three of the episode "Evil Promotion Much?" had her struggling to find a date for her coming out party as she had dated every single boy in the city. Her love of boys can almost (if not entirely) be matched by her love of fashion and beauty.
Clover is the most intimately knowledgeable of her friends about pop culture topics, especially topics having to do with attractive male celebrities (for reasons stated above). She has been known to use questionable methods to obtain such information, but nothing truly illegal.
Being a stereotypical "American teenage girl", Clover speaks with a strong valley girl accent by saying things like "so totally", and adding the word "much?". Some episode are named after her accents.
Clover's style in the season 1-2 was mostly capris and pants. Later in seasons 3-5, she wore more skirts and dresses and she incorporated more high heels.
It is often said Clover's last name is Ewing. However, the show's creator says this is not true and is only a rumor.
She is strong as well, whereas in one ending she wants to show the people her muscles.
It is stated in episode "Zero to Hero" that she has a nephew. She is the only spy known to have a sibling.
She is sometimes a vegetarian, as stated on episodes such as "Here comes the sun" and "Spies on the farm". In "Another evil Boyfriend" while Blaine was doing research on Clover after being sent to annihilate her, he stated that her favorite mall is the Groove and her favorite eatery is the Veg Out.
Clover's alter ego is Crimson, from the first spy team before her.
Clover is voiced by Andrea Baker.
Sam
Samantha Simpson, usually referred to Sam, has long, wavy red hair with a widow's peak, green eyes, and a green catsuit. She is the most intelligent and uptight of the group. She uses her intelligence to create plans and diversions so that the girls can easily capture the villains. Sam also acts as the big sister to the group and keeps the girls in line. She's also sometimes lead the spies.
Sam, like Clover and Alex, enjoys shopping, and visiting salons, but she is not as interested as the others are unlike Clover, she always puts her studying or missions first. She is considered a little "nerdy" to a certain extent. Sam's style of dressing is considered to be "preppy hippie". She often wears long skirts, skirts, flowing tops, dresses, buttoned shirts, vests, jeans, chokers, boots, high heel sandal wedges, and rarely thin heels. These usually have flowers on them or she wears flowery accessories. However, she is also shown at many times to wear high top sneakers.
In the episode "Spies in Space", Sam gets called to the principal's office. It turns out that her grades are the best in BHHS history, and that she could graduate and go to college early, as well as having a scholarship to Harvard (her dream college). For a while, Sam shows off a bit, like when the victim comments that the spies were smart, Sam replied by saying, "It sure pays to be a college girl." However, at the end Sam chooses to stay in high school so that she can spend the rest of high school with Clover and Alex, and graduate together.
It is discovered in the episode "W.O.W." that Sam's maternal ancestresses were part of an ancient guild of warrior women. Clover and Alex attribute this as the reason why Sam has excellent leadership skills.
Most of Sam's love interests have brown/black hair and/or rather tan or light skin.
As a play on her intelligence, Sam is frequently brainwashed by villains as a running gag of the series.
Sam's running gag is in episodes:
- Episode 06: Child's Play - Sam becomes childlike.
- Episode 07: The Eraser - Sam is attacked by the blob, which causes her to lose her memory.
- Episode 10: Model Citizens - Sam, along with Clover and Alex, is modelized her body parts.

In the episode "Do You Believe In Magic?", Sam introduces herself as "Samantha Simpson" when she enters the Magician's castle. However, it is unconfirmed if this is her actual last name. She is also considered the most intelligent of the three, as stated in one episode where she met a French man who said she is smart.
Sam's alter ego is Pam, from the first spy team before her. She has a slight resemblance to Jean Grey, which Hale also voices on Wolverine and the X-Men, from the X-men ( not to mention Jean being one of the smartest x-men). Sam is also (unlike Clover) CONFIRMED to be a vegetarian, however she has been shown to eat meat and adore seafood. She is shown to be the most skilled at martial arts and flexible out of the group, despite not being the most athletic of the team. The most athletic being Alex. Sam is voiced by Jennifer Hale.
Dean
He is an agent from WOOHP like Sam, Clover, and Alex. He first appeared in "Evil Promotion Much?" as their trainer and he was later shown in "Deja Cruise" as Jerry's sidekick for Sam, Alex, and Clover's super spies test. The girls has shown some romantic interest in Dean and he is the only boy that can resist Clover. He is also the only male agent of WOOHP other than Jerry (and later Blane) to not have a minor role, such as numerous security guards. Dean returned in "WOOHP-tastic" and is put in charge of the WOOHP gadget lab. He is also present and takes part in the final battle in the series finale.
Dean is voiced by Greg Cipes.
G.L.A.D.I.S.
Gadget Lending And Distribution Interactive System. She was first introduced in the episode "Physics 101 much" as a gadget lending device, as the name suggests. She speaks with a female voice and appears to have a mind of her own, even sometimes claiming she is the true head of WHOOP. It is later revealed in "Evil G.L.A.D.I.S. much" that her brain is downloaded from a brilliant evil mastermind called "The Brain" who attempted to start a World War 3 by misleading nations into firing missiles at one another but did not have any evil downloaded into her. Alex spilled cranberry juice on her ad she became evil instantly because she shares the same allergy as "The Brain", which results in both being crazy after being spilled with cranberry juice. The only way that G.L.A.D.I.S. could turn back to normal was by having her mainframe pumped with a base to counteract the acid in the cranberry juice. G.L.A.D.I.S. is probably a reference to GLaDOS from the video game Portal, though it could just be coincidence (as G.L.A.D.I.S. appears on the show three years before Portal was released.). In "Evil Roommate" Jerry recycled her because of her attitude then Jerry does the gadgets for the girls again. She is not seen in Season 5 due to a dispute with Jerry. Her only mention of her disappearance is Jerry comments to the spies "G.L.A.D.I.S. has been transferred to the WOOHP recycling facility", though it is not known if G.L.A.D.I.S. was really placed there or it was a joke by Jerry meaning he scrapped her.
